PMI Macedonia Chapter had the opportunity to meet and discuss with the students from the study group for Project Management on FEIT led by our Board Member Vangel Fushtikj.
We would like to thank them for having us there, and letting us discuss Risk Management which was the topic of this event.

We had opportunity to learn which Risk Management tools can be used in:
Human Resources, and Infrastructure Projects.
Besides the tools the students were eager to present the methods for:
Decision making models in Risk Management,
Risk evaluation,
Calculation of risks in EES
It was interesting to see which market risks exist on interests rates, and to find out what are the systems for identification and management of common business risks as well as to learn the risks of implementation of “Cloud” vs “On-premise” IT solutions in Public administration.
PMI Macedonia board members discussed with the students, the importance of Project Management in any organization, and they were more then happy to share with them some useful tips and tricks from their professional experience.
